Note on quantities. Resin floor quantities depend on the system build-up specified, the floor's profile after mechanical preparation, and the finish required. Confirm the coverage rate and system build-up with us against the current Technical Finishes datasheet before ordering.
Before you specify it
- The floor must be mechanically prepared — diamond grinding or shot blasting — not merely cleaned.
- Moisture in the slab must be tested before any resin system is specified. This is the most common cause of resin floor failure.
- Oil and grease contamination must be removed with a suitable degreaser before preparation.
- The system build-up, including primer, must follow the current Technical Finishes specification.
- Falls, drainage and cove detailing should be resolved before the system is specified.
