Note on quantities. Grout quantities are calculated from the void volume to be filled, not from surface area. Confirm yield and extension rates against the current a.b.e. technical data sheet.
Before you specify it
- Calculate the void volume to be filled and allow for losses at the formwork.
- Substrate and baseplate must be clean, free of oil and release agent, and pre-dampened as specified.
- Grout from one side only to avoid trapping air beneath the plate.
- Extension with aggregate changes both the yield and the performance — follow the manufacturer's extension rates.
- The full system must follow the current a.b.e. technical specification.
