Note on quantities. The 25 m² per pack figure depends on surface profile and on ambient and surface temperature. A rough or porous substrate consumes more. Confirm against the current Cemcrete datasheet before ordering.
Before you specify it
- Pool Coating is for refurbishment over a sound existing surface — it is not a substitute for a full plaster on a new shell.
- Ensure all drums on site carry the same batch number before coating a pool, to avoid colour variation.
- Where algae is present, treat the surface before coating.
- Working time shortens considerably in hot conditions — split the packs and mix smaller batches if the work will take longer than an hour.
- Confirm the substrate is sound and well bonded; a coating will not hold on a delaminating surface.
