Who We Are

Tswanacrete is a Gaborone-based distributor specialising in surface systems and construction chemicals. We are the authorised Botswana distributor for ABE Construction Chemicals, Cemcrete, Technical Finishes, and Finfloor — four leading southern African brands covering waterproofing, structural repair, decorative cement, resin flooring, and vinyl flooring.

We were established to fill a real gap in the Botswana market: access to quality, well-specified surface system products with local stock, local technical knowledge, and responsive support — rather than depending entirely on cross-border supply or agents who can't offer meaningful technical backup.

Our clients include architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, main contractors, building developers, government procurement, and private homeowners. We work across the residential, commercial, industrial, and hospitality sectors.

How We Operate

Straight Advice

We tell clients what will work for their substrate and environment — not what will maximise the invoice. If a simple solution is appropriate, we'll say so. If the substrate isn't ready, we'll flag it before product is ordered.

No Overpromising

We describe products accurately and document their limitations. Every surface system has conditions — substrate type, preparation standard, application conditions — and we make sure those conditions are understood before specifying or supplying.

Local & Responsive

We are based in Gaborone and understand Botswana's construction environment — local conditions, common substrate problems, project timelines, and the realities of working in this market. We are reachable by phone and WhatsApp and respond quickly.

Approved Resin Flooring Applicator

PourEpoxy (Pty) Ltd

PourEpoxy (Pty) Ltd is a separate specialist resin flooring installation company based in Gaborone. Where clients require installation support, Tswanacrete may refer them to PourEpoxy or other suitably experienced applicators, depending on the project requirements.

Tswanacrete's role remains product supply, specification support and technical documentation. Installation is carried out by separately appointed specialist applicators working to manufacturer specifications and project requirements.

PourEpoxy focuses on correct surface preparation, accurate product mixing and application, and proper application conditions — the factors that most often determine whether a resin floor performs as specified or fails prematurely.
